(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takamitsu Mochizuki; hereafter referred to as "REGAL CORE"), which is engaged in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act proxy checking business.
Priv Tech is developing services such as obtaining and managing user consent for cookie usage through its Consent Management Platform (hereinafter referred to as "CMP") and post-cookie solutions to help companies comply with domestic privacy-related laws such as Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Revised Telecommunications Business Act scheduled to take effect on June 16, 2023, as well as overseas laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
Through this business alliance with REGAL CORE, which provides proxy checking services for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, we are now able to support compliance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, which companies are required to comply with in their marketing and PR activities.
