(Tokyo headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kei Nakategawa; hereinafter referred to as "UPF"), which provides security consulting services, including consulting for new acquisition and renewal of PrivacyMark and ISMS (ISO27001).
Priv Tech has been providing mainly "online" services such as obtaining and managing user consent for cookies through our Consent Management Platform (hereinafter referred to as "CMP") and proposing post-cookie solutions to help companies comply with the Personal Information Protection Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
Through this business alliance with UPF, Priv Tech will be able to offer "offline" privacy and security measures such as consulting services for new acquisitions and renewals of PrivacyMark and ISMS (ISO27001), which require on-site inspections, in addition to its existing "online" privacy measures support for companies.
